Heather Baxter is the owner and baker of the Hopkins House Bakery and Gift Shop. She began her journey in the bakery business 28 years ago and has been working hard ever since! Heather worked at a bakery in Chatham, Massachusetts whilst earning her degree of hotel and and restaurant management at Cape Cod Community College. She then studied abroad in England and later continued her education and love for baking at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Her education was only the beginning! Heather later made the decision to add her own bakery onto her mother, Marybeth's, Americana Gift Shop on Route 6A in Brewster and business has been booming ever since!
